Sunflower oil main component is unsaturated fatty acid.Contains linoleic acid from 29.9 to 72%,oleic acid from 29.3 to 60.0%;stearic acid from1.7 to 3.9%,palmitic acid from 4.6 to 6.8%,behenic acid from 0.3 to 1.0%,lincolenic acid from 0.2 to 0.5%,and also contains a small amount of free fatty acid.Sunflower oil’s composition and content is similar with soybean, peanut ,but the unsaturated fatty acid is higher than soybean,peanut .
